Information
We are here to help you
We’re conveniently located just off the M1, near the Pines Shopping Centre in Elanora. We’re in our own building, with plenty of onsite and street parking.
Our practice has a homely feel and a peaceful waterside position. We look forward to seeing you.

Appointments
Our practice is open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and every second Saturday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
In life-threatening emergencies, call the ambulance on 000.
For all other afterhours issues (after 5.30 pm) that are non-life threatening, please contact afterhours care 07 5532 8666 or the National Home Doctor Service on 137 425.
Consultations during practice opening hours are by appointment. If your matter is urgent, please inform our reception staff and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Standard consultations are 15 minutes each. If you’re an existing patient and need a long consultation, please inform our reception staff. New patients to Dr Hill will require a long consultation for their initial appointment.
At times, urgent medical situations will take precedence over booked appointments. This may cause unexpected delays. We ask for your patience at these times.
Please let us know whether you have mobility issues and need any special assistance.
Telehealth appointments
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Australian Government has expanded the eligibility criteria for telehealth appointments to all Australians. Certain criteria must be met for Medicare funding and certain consultations are not possible via telehealth. Please call 07 5534 5133 to make an appointment.
Fees and billing
Our practice is a private billing practice. We offer concession fees for current pension card holders over 75 and Bulk Bill DVA Gold card holders and children under 12. Please ask our reception staff for our full fee schedule.
Medicare does not cover:

Insurance or superannuation forms
We will advise fees for these services when we confirm the appointment with the doctor.
Test results
You can contact reception to check whether your results are available, however, reception staff cannot advise results. If you require your result you will need to make a follow-up appointment with your doctor.
