Dr Patricia (Trish) Hill
Dr Patricia (Trish) Hill MBBS, FRACGP is the founder and Principal GP of Hill HealthWise Family Medical Centre. She is passionate about providing personalised, compassionate healthcare and building lasting relationships with her patients.
Before establishing Hill HealthWise, Trish owned and operated a successful general practice in Townsville, where she provided comprehensive family medical care and developed a strong reputation for patient-centred medicine. Her years in practice reinforced her belief in the value of continuity of care, preventive health and long-term relationships between doctors and their patients.
Trish established Hill HealthWise in 2020 with a vision of creating a welcoming family practice where patients feel heard, understood and genuinely cared for. As Principal GP, she leads the team with clinical experience, open communication and a commitment to authentic, holistic and patient-centred care.
Trish is passionate about all areas of general practice, including old-fashioned whole-family care. Her interests include family medicine, women’s health, preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health, healthy ageing, perimenopause, menopause and lifestyle medicine. She is listed with the Australian Menopause Society as a menopause doctor on the Gold Coast, supporting patients through this stage of life with lived experience, clinical knowledge and practical care.

Dr Cindi Lee provides general practice care, with current practice information noting interests including antenatal care, child health, women’s health and general medicine.

Dr Deborah Brunt
Dr Deborah Brunt is a compassionate and dedicated General Practitioner with a special passion for supporting women through all stages of hormonal change. She recently relocated from New Zealand, where she successfully ran her own clinic specialising in women’s health. With her deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that come with transitions like perimenopause and menopause, she provides empathetic, evidence-based care tailored to each woman’s unique journey. Her holistic approach to general practice ensures every patient feels heard, empowered, and well-supported.

Dr John Carlyle
Dr John Carlyle is an experienced GP. Current public information notes experience in general and diagnostic medicine, a special interest in skin cancer diagnosis and management, and medical driver licence assessments.

Penny Hewlett
Penny brings over 20 years of experience across a wide range of clinical and therapeutic settings. She has supported clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, domestic violence, and family and relationship challenges – always with care, insight, and compassion.
Her approach is practical, structured, and grounded in evidence-based strategies. Penny works collaboratively with clear goals, tailoring her support to each individual to help them better understand their challenges, build effective coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. She also conducts comprehensive ADHD assessments, including the use of TOVA testing.
Outside of the clinic, Penny enjoys a full and active life with her husband and their blended family of four children. She loves travelling, getting lost in a good book, and is always up for a great coffee!

Cameron Brown
Cameron provides compassionate, evidence-based support across a range of mental health concerns. He works with clients seeking clarity, practical coping strategies, or simply a safe and supportive space to talk, always meeting people where they’re at.
His approach is thoughtful, approachable, and focused on helping clients better understand their experiences while building the tools needed for positive, lasting change. Cameron also conducts ADHD assessments, offering clear guidance and support throughout the process.
Outside of work, Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife and their two beautiful daughters, making the most of family life and the moments that matter most.

Keaan Van Venrooij
Keaan is passionate about helping people feel their best through practical, evidence-based nutrition. He works closely with his clients to create personalised plans that support their individual goals, focusing on building realistic, sustainable habits that last.
Keaan has a special interest in supporting clients with eating disorders, providing a compassionate and understanding approach to recovery. He also works with nutrition to support ADHD assessments, helping clients optimise their diet to complement diagnosis and ongoing management.
With a supportive and down-to-earth style, Keaan empowers his clients to make informed choices and feel confident in their nutrition journey.
Outside of work, Keaan enjoys staying active and can often be found out running.
